Welcome to XR Lab ("the App"), an application developed by xRealityLabs Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using our App.

By accessing and using our App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the App.

3.3. Transmits any advertising or promotional material.

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Company, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the Company is established, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
