Welcome to XR Lab, an application developed by xRealityLabs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. 1.1  Technical Data

Technical Data includes information like your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, etc. This information is automatically collected through the App when users access and use it.

1.2  Usage Data

Usage Data includes information like time spent on the App, features used within the app, and interactions within the App that cannot be uniquely identified.​ Usage data is gathered through the App's analytics tools as users interact with its features and functionalities.

1.3  Device User Data - 'VR Data'

Device User Data includes abstracted information that is about or associated with a person or unique identifier like microphone input, camera input, abstracted facial expressions data, or abstracted gaze data collected from a device used to run the application - most typically an MPT Device (Meta Platform Technologies); though, this is not exclusive.

1.4  Personal Data

Personal Data includes information like names and email addresses (if collected). ​Personal data is only collected if users voluntarily provide this information through registration or login forms, contact forms, or other interactive elements within the App.

We collect information through various methods like registration forms and user interactions within the App.

3.1  Technical Data, Usage Data, and Device User Data

We use each of these data sources to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our App

• Develop new features and services

• Improve user experiences and interactions within the XR (AR/MR/VR) environment

3.2  Personal Data

Personal data is only used to set up and maintain your account with us. We will never use personal data for any purposes other than administrating your account.

 

Data mentioned in sections 3.1 and 3.2 are never used in conjunction with or to inform the other. These sources of information are stored separately to ensure the anonymity and security of our users.

Our legal basis for processing this data is based on user consent when required and our legitimate interests in providing and improving the App's functionalities.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer technical, usage, or device user data to outside parties unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include partners and other parties who assist us in hosting and operating our services, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

 

Your personal data will never be sold, traded, or transferred to another party without your prior consent. We will always provide you clear options to consent or decline should an instance arise before transferring your data.

Any data transfer that requires your prior consent based on the terms of this policy will be logged and made available to you should you request it.

If you wish to delete the data associated with your use of the App, you can make a request by contacting us at privacy@xrealitylabs.com. Upon receiving a verified request, we will undertake reasonable efforts to delete your data within 30 business days.

 

Please note that deleting your data may impact your ability to use certain features or services within the App. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you may need to re-enter certain information if you decide to use the App again in the future.

8.  Data Retention

We retain Technical Data, Usage Data, and Device User Data collected from your use of the application for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. This data is kept in an anonymized form and cannot be associated with your identity.

We only retain Personal Data voluntarily supplied by you for as long as you choose to maintain your account with us. Should you choose to delete your account, we will immediately delete any and all personal information associated with that account.

We may revise and update our privacy policy from time to time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the App thereafter.
